endlesssporadicActivision has today revealed the exact list of DLC coming to Guitar Hero 5 this November. How thoughtful is that? In November, we can all look forward to getting some more free song packs, and even the option to import songs from Band Hero to Guitar Hero 5 or vice versa. We also see some more good news for Wii rockers out there- the addition of the Death Magnetic album to the Wii store. Here is the concise list of all forthcoming DLC.

November 5th

  • 61 Band Hero songs available for import into Guitar Hero 5
  • 69 Guitar Hero 5 songs available for import into Band Hero

November 12th

  • “Let Love Rule”- Lenny Kravitz
  • “Lady”- Lenny Kravitz
  • “Fly Away”- Lenny Kravitz

November 19th

  • “Modern Day Delilah”- KISS
  • “Lick It Up”- KISS
  • “I Was Made for Loving You”- KISS

November 24th (Free track pack from Neversoft bands, unavailable for download on Wii)

  • “Lemon Frosting”- Bunny Knutson
  • “RockNRola”- Nancy Fullforce
  • “From the Blue/Point of No Return/T.T.R.T.S.”- An Endless Sporadic
  • “Love Holds it Down”- Dom Liberati
  • “You Really Like Me”- Davidicus
  • “Guilty Pleasures”- Tony Solis
  • Death Magnetic Album downloadable for Nintendo Wii

That’s a pretty good list to look forward to, and having another “An Endless Sporadic” song alone should be worth anticipating this month of DLC.

Avatars Rock GH5

ROCK!

ROCK!

When fans take home Guitar Hero 5 on September 1, they’ll be able to import their Avatars, choose their instrument and play along with their personalized characters, rocking out to any track on the 85 song set list.

Players can choose their band mates and mix and match their Xbox Avatars with Guitar Hero favorites like Judy Nails, Axel Steel and Lars Ümlaüt, or even rip alongside in-game talent. Avatars will also get a Guitar Hero makeover in the game’s Create-A-Rocker mode, where players can customize their creations with exclusive Guitar Hero clothing and accessories to ensure they look bad ass enough to rock.

Finally, players won’t have to use a cheesy rocker from the Guitar Hero lineup. They’ll be able to rock as themselves, which is a priceless commodity that fans of the series have been waiting for, for years. Rock on with your bad self!
