It looks like I am not the only one who never cracks open an instruction booklet for videogames. Although I must admit, this was a close tie to those that like to read about controls and user interfaces. I believe those were the same kids who sat at the front of the class in school as well.
This week’s poll takes a small look at just how important achievements and trophies are to gaming. I keep hearing more and more people buying a game on a specific platform just in increase some ancillary number. However, this is about you and what makes gaming enjoyable to you. Does a game need these little rewards to make it enjoyable to you? Will you not even play a game if achievements/trophies do not exist, or worse, are too easy to obtain?
