Nintendo 3DS
The launch of the latest Nintendo handheld, the 3DS, is just around the corner. This new hardware brings 3D gaming in a small, portable, and no dumb 3D glasses necessary package. Let us not forget that this is also the most expensive portable platform from the Big N to date.
While many gamers will setup tents, wait in long lines, and claw their way into stores to grab this new device, I have read a lot of people just not that thrilled with this products launch title offerings. After all, many of those great 3D games that so many got excited for, don’t come out for a months after the initial release of the 3DS. Sure, there is maybe Pilotwings to get super excited for, but what else is there?
It is this mixed bag of excitement that brings on this weeks community question. Are you going to grab a 3DS on launch day? If you are getting it, what games are you grabbing with it to make it worthy of a day one purchase? If you’re skipping all the launch day madness, do you have plans to pick up a 3DS at some point…like when there are actually decent games to play on it?
