Its hard to believe that its been about three years since Super Mario Galaxy wowed Wii gamers around the planet. And the good news is, there’s more where that came from. This May, everyone’s favorite plumber returns in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Gamers can look forward to new levels, new power-ups, and an old friend. Super Mario Galaxy 2 teams Mario with Nintendo mainstay Yoshi. The dynamic duo will traverse multiple galaxies collecting stars. Yoshi will all use his talented tongue to grab items and to swing his way to safety.
By the way, new power-ups include a drill that Mario uses to tunnel through the planet’s surface all the way to the other side of a planet. Have a look at the attached screenshots, then go work on your fire flower skills. Time’s a-wastin’ !
