Stimulus Package Map Pack Pulled From Marketplace

If you’ve been waiting impatiently to get your hands on the new Modern Warfare 2 maps, you’re just going to have to wait a little longer. The Stimulus Map Pack released as planned this morning, and was quickly pulled after users reported that the new maps were breaking the game. Multiplayer lobbies weren’t functioning properly, map images weren’t loading, and the option to play private matches was missing. Microsoft and Activision are hard at work on a title update that should fix the problem. The update will hit soon, according to Microsoft’s Larry Hyrb, AKA Major Nelson. While you’re waiting, why not play some Battlefield: Bad Company 2? I hear they have some free maps out today.
