Time to fire up that browser of choice, get your golf shoes on, and enjoy a round or three while you should be working. EA has finally kicked out Tiger Woods Online for all to enjoy.
Tiger Woods Online comes with single, multiplayer, and tournament modes. You can start a game over your lunch break and suspended until you get home.
An added benefit comes to those who don’t wait. This week marks the first of many live events for Tiger Woods Online. Players can take part in the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill all week. What a great way to put divots in this brand new online golf game.
Take note that this is technically still in beta. EA just opened the doors for all to come in and enjoy. We like open betas!
The only item left is to figure out how this free-to-play golf game is going to make money. EA has mentioned micro-transactions and a tier subscription model. Neither of these appears to be in place at this time.
