Four new titles in the DSi shop today, two not even technically games. Not horrible, though, as we’re really glad to see the literacy quotient of young gamers supported with Flips, as well as watch Chillingo move into a whole new world of game publishing with Dracula.

Elemental Masters

Evil Thoughts: Strategy Card Gamers will want to check this one out. Not sure if this will do anything new for the genre, but having it on the DSi will help.

Evil Thoughts: Seems like a pretty niche title, though that may bode well for the platform in general: if more apps exist for it, the audience grows.

Dracula – Undead Awakening

Evil Thoughts: Chillingo’s first foray into DSiWare is no doubt going to be a winner, as their iPhone entry was full of win.

Description: Flips Interactive Books are the fun new way for kids to read. The builders are in to replace the girls’ toilet block, but they’re more interested in cups of tea and instant noodle snacks than doing any work. James suspects foul play, but Alexander and Lenny are doubtful until a strange accident hammers the truth home. How will the three friends stop St. Sebastian’s from being reduced to rubble?
Evil Thoughts: If nothing else, young gamers have another way to enjoy their DSi (or their parents’ device) without having to resort to “kiddie titles.” Bravo, EA, for bringing this series of books to the handheld gaming world.
