Joystiq wasn’t
absolutely smitten with the PSP Go when it launched last October, but according to Gamervision, Sony may be hoping for a second chance at a first impression. Citing unnamed sources, Gamervision suggests that a relaunch of the handheld is “imminent” and speculates that it will include a price drop.

Yeah, we can get behind a price drop and a relaunch. It’s really a very fantastic device. Dare we say, sexy? With a less cost to entry, Sony might get their developers and fans on board, and maybe even (gasp) figure out the whole downloaded game issues, like resale and ownership.
Nah, but at least it’ll be cheaper.
