See that owl? He’s suffering from some sort of brain damage, and he’s jumbled up all of the words he’s trying to spit out. The objective of KrissX is to help him form coherent words by rearranging the letters to create the word he’s trying to say. You are graded on things like how quickly you finish each challenge, and how many swaps it takes you. Though the difficulty does ramp up as you progress through the game, I didn’t run into anything terribly challenging in the trial mode, and it’s a pretty safe bet the target audience for this game is grade school kids. If you’re a grade school kid who enjoys word puzzles, or a parent who wants to force your grade school kid to enjoy word puzzles, then check KrissX out – it’s available now for 800 Microsoft Points.
