Just when you thought you had kicked the orb collecting habit, Microsoft releases the premiere trailer for Crackdown 2. No word on a set release date yet, so you still have some time before you are curled into the familiar fetal position of an agility orb overdose.
If you are a fan of the original Crackdown you’ll agree that there is a LOT to see in this small teaser. But it would appear that everything that made Crackdown so great is still intact for more crime busting. Massive explosions, throwing vehicles at bad guys, fast cars, and of course plenty of collectible orbs. And for a moment you even get a glimpse at the new tethering weapon that will allow for the most creative damage possible. Here’s hoping for some more footage in the very near future.
