Need For Speed: Shift is kicking in the NOS with some free DLC for 360 and PS3 owners. The Team Racing pack has just been announced. The new DLC will contain five new cars along with a new online mode.
Team Racing mode brings two teams of six racers battling it out head to head online. Individual driving tactics are no longer enough, as teams will need to work together to take that top spot on the podium.
Four classic American muscle cars and one ricer are also part of this DLC. The carbureted goodness includes:
- 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray 427
- 1967 Shelby GT-500
- 1969 Dodge Charger R/T
- 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T
- 1998 Toyota Supra Mark IV
The DLC will be available for the 360 world wide on December 1, 2009. PS3 fans have to wait, yet again, until December 10, 2009 in the US and December 3, 2009 in Europe. This DLC is slated at the hefty price of FREE.
