Everyone is helpful, everyone is friendly, and there really is a buzz. I think flying, combined with the nice graphics engine, set Aion apart from the usual grind fests we see with MMOs. I can highly recommend levelling up until you get access to The Abyss - winged PvP combat, with random NPC mobs attacking both sides - it's chaotic and great fun.
