Electronic Arts’s biggest iterative sports franchise is back for the 2010 season. Because Madden is released every year, it is very important to pay attention, because sometimes the game is polished, other times the game is a dud. So what is it this year?

Supposedly this is the first Madden with huge improvements to online features, including online co-op and online franchise. Other great improvements include a Super Bowl ceremony, pregame activities such as the National Anthem, and even a post game show hosted by the NFL network’s Fran Charles and Alex Flanagan. Add to that new animation technology and updated gameplay mechanics, and this is easily looks to be the best Madden yet.
