The game will come packaged with a revolutionary camera peripheral for the Nintendo Wii. The camera features a proprietary Body Tracking technology which scans your body and then projects your image onto the TV screen. In this way, Your Shape creates a personalized and interactive workout based on your body analysis, fitness level and personal goals.

Your Shape is able to recommend a workout program best suited for you and features a virtual coach to offer feedback on all of your movements, ensuring maximum results. Your Shape comes packaged with more exercises than any other current fitness game making your workout fresh and challenging. One of the best features of Your Shape and the camera peripheral is that you no longer need to hold the controller. This way you can incorporate any weights you have in your home for added intensity.
