For us British Gamers, it is a cruel life. We get games later than everyone else (even sometimes those that are across the Channel in mainland Europe), and until recently, we were consistently paying over the odds for games that would’ve cost half the price had we bought it somewhere else. But in October 2008, EuroGamer stepped up and decided to help us out by giving us an EXPO of our own. Dave, Daniel and I covered it on a previous blog last year, and I for one am thrilled that it’s back again this year.

However, there was a surprise for all of us. Previously, the event has only been held in London. This year, there’s going to be one in Leeds as well. The Leeds dates are the 27th and 28th of October, with the London dates being the 30th and 31st of October. We’ve already got staff going to both events, so stay tuned.
