China Town Wars is a good game but it's not one I'd play for just a few minutes and I think that may well be one of the problems. The type of DS gamer who'd buy a GTA game is likely to also have a home console and how often would they pick up their DS to get a GTA fix when they have the option of playing on their xbox? So they don't play it when out and about and don't play it at home so why buy it?

I dare say CTW would do a lot better if Rockstar released it on xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network and leave the DS to the granny friendly stuff that Nintendo will market to death...

I am unfamiliar with piracy on the hand helds. Is it as big in the US?
