Another day, another story on how new things are worse than old things… namely video-games corrupting the youth of today. Well… you may not be surprised at this at first, but it turns out that these evil things we call games are poisoning the minds of old and young alike.
News broke today that a resident of the famously hard to spell city, Cincinnati is being held in jail for beating his child after a GTA marathon, shortly before stealing a Banshee and running over some hookers. Unfortunately for the tabloids, everything after “beating his child” is a lie. Unfortunately for his kid, everything else is true.
The named and shamed father, Terry Taulbee was said to have given the child a right spanking after he “became upset when the boy didn’t play well in a video game”. For those with a lack of imagination, we have created a reconstruction of how these events may have played out (click to enlarge)…
