Rock Band is all about the rock right? WRONG! Country music superstar Toby Keith is set for his induction in the Rock Band hall of fame with a six song set list including my personal favorite “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” as well as:
- “Beer for My Horses”
- “I Love This Bar”
- “She’s a Hottie”
- “Who’s Your Daddy?”
- “How Do You Like Me Now”
Of the bunch, most of these could be considered “classic” Toby songs, instead of his more recent songs which made me start referring to him as Toby Keith: Super Patriot. However, I will admit that I am fairly excited about this upcoming DLC, so excited in fact that I just finished changing my outfit in Rock Band to look like TK, minus the oversized Ford belt buckle.
Set for release on April 7th on the Xbox Live Marketplace, while PlayStation owners will have a couple extra days to catch up on their TK greatest hits albums until April 9th, when it’s scheduled to hit the PlayStation Store. Look to spend 160MS points(1.99 PS) per track or for the uber fan like me, 800MS points(9.99) for the entire track pack.
