Since the release of Guitar Hero: World Tour, the franchise has looked stronger than ever, something which Activision has decided to capitalize on as much as possible. So while the world waits for the release of GH: Metallica, Activision revealed their next project, GH: Greatest Hits.
GH: Greatest Hits is to be a collection of the most popular tracks from all the previous GH titles but now with full band capability. The setlist will include, “Them Bones” by Alice in Chains, Queen’s “Killer Queen,” “Nothin’ But A Good Time” by Poison, Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing in the Name,” “I Wanna Rock” by Twisted Sister, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts’ “I Love Rock N Roll,” Heart’s “Barracuda” and Dragonforce’s “Through the Fire and Flames.”
The game is also said to boast eight new venues based on wonders of the world including the Grand Canyon, the Amazon and the Polar Ice Caps. Along with these venues, regular features like GH Tunes and Rock Star Creator will return, the new “Expert +” mode will also be included.
Will this be enough to make you spend your hard earned money yet again?
