Microsoft have finally realised some details regarding the third of the maps to be included in the Mythic Map pack. The map ‘Sandbox’, is a large multiple-tiered, open-world vehicle-focused affair that will apparently offer huge scope when it comes to Forge customisation. According to Microsoft “Sandbox is a map unlike any Bungie has ever created”, which should please the horde of Halo fans that have been waiting months to get their hands on the content.
Sandbox joins Assembly (a medium sized map set in a Covenant Scarab production facility, housing two identical bases at either end) and Orbital (a small, action focused map set in the docking station of the Quito Space Thether). See screens below.
The Mythic Map Pack will make its as part of the Halo Wars Limited Collector’s Edition retail game, releasing Feb 26 in Asia, Feb 27 in Europe and March 3 in the US territories.
