The SEGA classic arcade racer returns in stunning HD via the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade. In development by Sumo Digital, OutRun Online Arcade will be available in early 2009.
Rediscover the 15 OutRun courses from yesteryear as you speed through the steep streets of San Fran. to the beaches of California. But this trip through southern California wont be held in your grandma’s minivan, players will be able to choose from 10 fully licensed, high-performance Ferrari cars.
This marks the first showing of OutRun on the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade. OutRun Online Arcade will challenge the skills of 6 players, through online play, in various modes such as Heart Attack and Time Attack. OutRun will also feature achievements/ trophies and voice support for both platforms.
