I Called them 22 times on hold for hours at a time till they told me that they can not help me to write emails to xbox support so i did that 8 times and and i know i did not tell you the problem i was having but it is coming in one min. it was not till there was a billing issue. and i owed them a whopping $15 that i held them hostage and told them im not paying till they fix my issue. what do you know my problem was fixed in a half hour. now i think you guys are ready for the issue of the century for 1800xbox. and the issue i wasted roughly 36 hours of my life on.ready here i comes i needed to change my live id email address(no longer valid) without a password!!!! the supervisors told me that there was nothing they can do to help me when i reply the biggest computer co. in the world can not send me a new password to a differnt email account so i can change the email myself he said thats right. where i called them a bunch of bad words followed by how fat his mother/wife is yes i am an asshole and dont use periods but fuk xbox support peace juice MICROSOFT is my problem actually 1800-4-my-xbox this is not an ecsaderation.
