UK gamers who pre-order Dead Space via play.com will be entitled to download a free, platform specific suit for the game’s main character Issac, to creep around in. The download will be available “within two weeks of release”, according to EA.
Those who pre-order an Xbox 360 copy will receive the ‘Elite’ suit, while those playing on the PS3 are treated to the ‘Obsidian’ suit – see pics below. Both suits will feature extra inventory slots and “improved toughness”.
Dead Space is due for release on Oct 24th in the UK, and Oct 14th in the US, on 360, PS3 and PC.
