Netflix, the online movie rental service that will be available to Xbox 360 users upon the launch of the 360′s dashboard update this fall, has signed a deal with Starz Play that allows Netflix users to stream Starz’s content at no extra cost.
In essence this means that come the dashboard update you’ll be able to stream content from the two libraries which, adds up to more than 30,000 TV shows, movies and concerts. However, you will need a ‘unlimited’ Netlix account to do so.
Starz Play’s content list includes movies such as Spider-Man 3, Superbad, Ratatouille and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.
The future is looking bright for 360 users who want to rent movies via their console (as long as you have a Netflix account).
