We know you’ve heard that the Grand Theft Auto series is coming to the DS, right? Well, if not, here’s the teaser page at Rockstar Games.
I”m not sure sure if this game will adequately make the translation to the DS, but I’m hoping they don’t just make it a puzzle game branded with the GTA franchise. Here’s hoping that it will bring some open-ish world that you can drive around in, running people over and fleeing from the cops.

The burning question is will this be another system seller for diehard GTA fans that are sans-DS? Or do you get the gut feeling that it’s a quick and dirty way to milk the franchise?
